The S03 Copper Wire Granulator provides a compact solution for processing unwanted electrical cable and separating copper from plastic insulation. Waste cable is fed into the machine, reduced into smaller particles and then separated into metallic and plastic fractions.
Designed for lower-volume cable recycling operations, the S03 offers a considerably smaller footprint than larger industrial cable-processing systems while still integrating the key crushing and separation functions required for copper recovery.

How It Works
Scrap cable is fed into the machine and cut into small particles using the internal blade system.
The crushed material then passes through the separation process, separating the metal conductor from the surrounding plastic insulation.
The result is separate copper and plastic outputs, allowing valuable copper to be recovered from waste cable.
