Product Description
Take the hard work out of smaller excavation projects with the WPS-12 Pilot Control Mini Excavator. Suited to landscaping, rural property maintenance and general earthworks, this compact machine brings useful digging capability to work areas where larger equipment may be impractical. Its 1,700 mm maximum digging depth makes it suitable for drainage trenches, garden preparation and smaller footing excavations.
Hydraulic pilot controls provide light, responsive joystick operation, helping the operator make measured adjustments when digging, shaping and positioning the bucket. This is particularly useful for jobs that require controlled movements rather than simply moving large volumes of material.
The expandable undercarriage allows the track stance to be adjusted for access and working conditions, while the swing boom provides offset digging capability alongside fences, walls and other obstacles. Both are included in the Wild Imports configuration rather than listed as optional upgrades.
A front dozer blade assists with backfilling and basic ground levelling, while rubber tracks offer a practical balance of traction and manoeuvrability for landscaping and property work. Combined with interchangeable attachments, the WPS-12 provides a versatile alternative to tackling every digging, clearing and preparation task by hand.
Practical Uses
Landscaping and garden preparation: Excavating garden beds, preparing planting areas, reshaping ground and moving loose soil.
Drainage and trenching: Digging trenches for drainage, irrigation, water pipes and cable installation, with appropriate service-location checks before excavation.
Rural and residential maintenance: Cleaning shallow drains, preparing small foundations and carrying out general property improvements within the machine’s capacity.
