Purchase and Refund Policy for Wild Imports
At Wild Imports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Below are the terms regarding our purchase and refund policy:
Deposit Requirement:
A 20% deposit is required at the time of placing the order, An additional 30% deposit is required prior to shipping the order, and the balance is due prior to pick up or delivery of the item.
Satisfaction Guarantee:
If, when the item arrives, and you are not completely satisfied, we will offer you a refund of your deposit. However, the refund will be issued after the item is resold and is subject to a $500 resale fee. Items under $4,000 will be subject to a $250 resale fee.
Non-Refundable Items:
Specific custom-made manufactured products are non-refundable. a 50% deposit is required at the placement of the order, An additional 30% is required prior to shipping the order and the balance is due prior to pick up and delivery of the item. Please ensure that you are satisfied with your custom product specifications before placing your order.
Refund Process:
To initiate a refund on arrival of goods, please notify Wild Imports on 0419 188 420. Once the item is resold, we will process your refund minus the applicable resale fee.
Conditions:
