Delivery Policy

At Wild Imports, we aim to offer the best, most cost-efficient shipping service while also ensuring the efficient use of resources. To maintain this efficiency and keep costs minimal, we fill our shipping containers to capacity before dispatching orders. As a result, when placing an order, please note the following:
  • Container Fill Policy: We consolidate orders into containers and ship them once the container is full. This means there may be a wait before your order is shipped if the container has not yet reached capacity. A deposit of 20% applies to all products upon Order, a further 30% on notification of Shipment and the balance prior to collection, our fair refund policy always applies to all orders placed.
  • Delivery Location: All deliveries for Wild Imports are made exclusively to our warehouse located in Hobart. We do not offer direct delivery to other addresses at this time.
  • Delivery Fees: Unless otherwise specified, the standard delivery fee to our Hobart warehouse is included in your order. Please note that additional charges may apply in certain circumstances, including expedited shipping, oversized or heavy items, special handling requests, and special customised orders.
  • Customs & Duties: Any customs fees, taxes, or duties incurred on international shipments are included in standard orders. Please note that additional charges may apply in certain circumstances, including but not limited to expedited shipping, oversized or heavy items, or special handling requests and special customised orders.
  • Shipping Time: The time between placing your order and its shipment may vary depending on when the container is filled. We will notify you once the container is ready for shipment, on average from ordering to Delivery is around 90 – 120 days.
  • Order Updates: We will keep you informed about the status of your order and notify you of any delays if the container is not filled within the expected time frame.
  • Order Fulfillment: All Items on our website include shipping based on our container fill policy, however, if you require immediate shipment, please let us know, and we will provide you with a separate freight quote. We will explore all alternative shipping options, which will incur additional charges that are to be paid prior to shipment.
  • Storage Fees: If your delivery is not picked up from the warehouse within 7 days of arrival, a storage fee may be applied until collection is made.
  • Responsibility upon Delivery: Once your shipment arrives at our warehouse in Hobart, you will receive a notification. It is your responsibility to pay and collect the items in a timely manner. If any damage or discrepancies are found upon arrival, please notify us immediately.
